30 days

Hello to anyone who may be reading today! The reason for the title is that today marks 30 days until Ryan and I's wedding. Yahoo, right? Yesterday, we had our cake tasting and consultation and it was wonderful! I LOVE our baker! Her kitchen area is so whimsical and fun! Someday, I would love to go to culinary school and bake - all day every day. Anyways, we decided on everything, and then went to dinner with Ryan's dad in Nashville, IN. Dinner was alright, but afterwards we went to an ice cream shop which was delicious! I haven't had real rocky road ice cream for what seems like forever! Of course it was 94 degrees and it melted on my khaki shorts but oh well! It was totally worth it.

I went to the pool for a little bit yesterday, but it was too hot out to enjoy it, so I just came back in and hung out with Molly. I have been a movie watching fool lately and might have found some new favorites! Just in the last few days/week I have watched Steel Magnolias, Law Abiding Citizen (highly recommend!), Fried Green Tomatoes, City of Angels, and today Julie and Julia. We are Netflix-ers and have the disc for our Wii so we can watch an unlimited number of movies/shows!

I must also say that on one of my favorite shows, one of my favorite people left :( I will start off by saying that I am a reality TV junkie - and the trashier the better! I LOVE The Real Housewives of New Jersey! It is so fun to watch their lives and laugh at their drama. But last week, Dina left and she was one of my absolute favorites! Hoping that we will still get to see her at family gatherings and such. Tuesday night I watched The Hills - I know, I know - but in my defense I watch it mostly for comic relief. I mean seriously, the show is totally scripted and the drama is so silly. It is hilarious! And with DVR, it only takes about 10 minutes to watch! Last night I watch Top Chef DC and I think I am really going to like this season again. But it never fails, it always makes me hungry! Won't be able to watch any shows tonight because I have to work.

Thanks for reading, if you do! And I will try to post again before Sunday, but can't promise because of work! If not, I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe weekend! Can you believe it is almost July 4th!?
